Projects Currently Under Development
The
Ohana Eco-Village Mai'ili Estate Oahu, Hawaii. - This $10 Million
community, financed by the Farmer's Home Administration, has
7 8-Plexes, or room for 56 families. As designers of the environmental
systems Synergy International Systems/Millennial Goods has been
pledged the work by the developer Noble House Inc. for some $2.5M
of photovoltaic systems, "living machines" or waste-treatment
facilities, and appliances. The Ohana eco-village is a prototype
template for Earth Incorporated Inc, developed by Noble House,
directed by Jerry Greenstein, with such notables as Nelson Mandela
and Mikael Gorbachev on the board.
Renewable
Energy Development Institute (REDI) - Has acquired local financing
to build a fully accredited sustainable school in a 100-acre
redwood preserve forest in Northern California. REDI is prepared
to be our non-profit research institute and an administrator
of grants for energy R & D.
Mayacmas
1000 acre sustainable development project -- near Harbin Hot
Springs, Northern California. This project has a strong project
lead yet has not achieved financing. Millennial Goods is helping
with consultation on financial structure and environmental systems.
