Land
projects are an important aspect of our work. Currently we are
approaching land projects from four angles.
1)
To develop a simple template for a workable Trust-based ownership
system,
2) The creation of the Syntropy Fund which would provide funding
for numerous sustainable community projects
3) To consult directly with the project leads in the arena of
sustainability and growing systems for each project, and
4) To actively seek private investors and participants at all
levels.
Currently
we are focusing on assisting 3 sustainable community projects:
1)
The Mayacmas 1000 acre project near Harbin Hot Springs. See www.mayacamas.com
2) The SUNTOOLS Industrial base project
3) The Buckhorn Ranch 4500 acre preserve near Denver
